The thought had been with me for a long time, already during employment. When the decision was made and the notice period ran, the eksperts began to take shape: built quietly, in evenings and weekends, until it could stand on its own. That story is Built in Silence.
Since then: running the eksperts across strategy, growth and portfolio. Board member at DEF, the Diaspora Economic Forum. CTO and managing director at HYPOTEQ AG. Teaching AI for health and administration at CAAIE. And building new products alongside the partners who build them with me.
But these years are about more than companies. Becoming a husband. Becoming a father. The roles that mature a person faster than any job title, and that quietly reorder every priority.
What comes next is an orientation, not a plan: to be a good husband, a good father, a good son. To leave something good behind, for my family, for my origins, for nature. To keep working hard, but no longer only as an entrepreneur: as a father, a son, a human being, a part of this society trying to be a better part of the whole.
